By accessing and using the Services, purchasing any products or services through the Services or providing information to us in other formats, you agree and accept the terms of this Privacy Policy as amended from time to time and consent to the collection and use of information in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy carefully and to periodically refer to it so that you understand it and any subsequent changes made to it. This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through our website (such as https://www.aceproxies.com), and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (we refer to them collectively in this Privacy Policy as the “Sites“) and not to the web sites of other companies or organizations visited using our service.

What types of information do we collect?

We collect the following types of data from you when you use the Services:

Collection of Submitted Information. We may collect and store any information you submit or upload through the Services, whether through your submission of information through a form, purchase of a product, reporting of a problem, registering an account, or otherwise. This information may include, but is not limited to, your IP address, your name, address, email address, screen name, telephone number, payment information, or any other information submitted by you or any user through the Services. We may collect records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.

Collection from Third-Parties. If applicable, we may have access to certain information from your linked Google or Facebook account, including your public profile information, your email address, or other information possessed by those third-parties. We may aggregate any information about you collected from any source. When you create an account on the Services you are able to do so by using your credentials with a designated third party website or service ("Third Party Account") such as Gmail®. Doing so will enable you to link your account and your Third Party Account. If you choose this option, a Third Party Account pop-up box will appear that you will need to approve in order to proceed, and which will describe the types of information that we will obtain. This information includes your Personal Information stored on your Third Party Account, such as user-name, email address, profile picture, birthday, gender and preferences. Any Anonymous Information that is specifically connected or linked to any Personal Information, is treated by us as Personal Information, as long as such connection or linkage exists.

At all times, we will abide by the terms, conditions and restrictions of the social network platform.

Log Data Collection. Log data may include passive information about your device, visit, or use of the Services, including, but not limited to, browser type and operating system used, web pages you visit, request protocol type, your original and destination IP addresses, size and mime types of HTTP pages/transfers, referrer URL address and domain name, version of encryption algorithm supported by the browser, time spent on those pages, access times and dates, and information about your mobile device used to access the Services (including phone number, operating system details, and any applicable unique identifiers for you or your device, including your devices' Unique Device Identifier (UDID), any Apple or iOS identifiers (e.g., IDFA or an Advertising Identifier), any Google or Android identifiers (e.g., Android or Google Advertising ID), any Windows identifiers (e.g., Windows Advertising ID), or any other similar identifiers which identify you or your device).
The logging data above is collected as part of our attempt to monitor ongoing performance and service integrity in order to enhance our service offering. We have implemented strict technical and organizational measures to ensure that the log data is protected at all times and destroyed after statistical analysis by our security and performance engineering teams. Additional service performance statistics logs may be collected from time to time in order to evaluate the scalability of the Ace Proxies services and/or introduce new service enhancements.

When you use our Site, we, or other third-parties assisting us, may store cookies on your computer (as well as other tracking technologies like web beacons and pixels) in order to facilitate and customize your use of our Site. A cookie is a small data text file, which a website stores on your computer's hard drive (if your web browser permits) that can later be retrieved to identify you to us. Our cookies may store information regarding your account information. You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, but such disabling may cause some of the features of our Site to not operate properly and your online experience may be limited.

We also use a tool called “Google Analytics” to collect information about your use of the Site. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.
