Refund Policy

One 5 dedicated proxies plan comes with a 3-day money back guarantee as long as the case meets the refund conditions stipulated here. After that all transactions are final –there will be no refunds. Valid refund requests are processed within 3 working days. Our team always strive to process the request within 24 hours if it’s requested during weekdays. However, it may take up to seven days for your payment to appear in your account depending on your card, bank, and payment provider.

You can cancel your plan at any time by simply contacting us. If you are not sure about which plan to purchase or how many proxies you need, we recommend you order our smallest packages like the 5-proxy plan first. You can test out our products with these smaller plans. After that, you can always upgrade to a bigger plan such as our 200 private proxies later.

Prohibited Use of Proxy
