Refund Policy

One 3 proxies package comes with a 3-day money back guarantee as long as the case meets the refund conditions here. After that all transactions are final –there will be no refunds. Refunds are processed within 3 working days. We always strive to process any valid refund request as soon as we can. The process may be completed within 24 hours if requested during weekdays, but it the payment may take up to 7 days to appear in your account depending on your bank, card, and payment provider.

You can cancel your plan at any time by simply contacting us. If you are not sure what proxies you are buying or what you need, we advise that you order our smallest package first to try the service out – you can always upgrade your plan later. We have bigger plans like the 200 private proxies plan.

Prohibited Use of Proxy
